				Units are packaged for shipment and delivered on heavy-duty oak skids with protective stretch wrap and framing. CAD Drawings and Assembly Instructions are included with each shipment.

Modular Office with 1ľ" Thick Walls
	The most economical system – Perfect for applications which do not require load bearing capabilities. Standard panels are covered hardboard both sides with polystyrene core. The wire post acts as an electrical raceway. Insulated steel doors are pre-hung in a steel frame. Roof deck is painted corrugated steel. Glass is 1/4" tempered safety glass. All units ship prefabricated and ready for assembly with 44-7/8"W x 96"H panels. Layout and instructions included. Standard finishes are white, beige, gray, and pecan wood grain. (Please choose finish when ordering.		All posts act as Wire Raceways for electrical, telephone wires, and computer cables, etc., and ship complete with a removable cover plate for easy access.
